Bloom Blocks is a single-player puzzle game. It does not require an account, a sign-up or a login. This page explains what information the app and its third-party services handle.

What data is collected

That is the complete list. Bloom Blocks does not collect or have access to:

Your name, email address or any contact information
Your location
Your contacts or photos
Payment or card details. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store; the app never sees your payment information.

Game progress

Your score, coins, unlocked garden themes and settings are stored only on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). This data is never sent anywhere and is deleted if you delete the app.

Advertising, consent and App Tracking Transparency

Bloom Blocks shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the game free. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), a consent message is shown on first launch before any ads are requested. iOS also asks whether you allow the app to track you; you can change this any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not stop ads from showing; it only limits how they can be personalized. Google's policy applies to data AdMob handles: policies.google.com/privacy.

Analytics

The app logs a small number of internal gameplay events (for example “a run ended”) for debugging. These logs never leave your device and are not visible to anyone, including the developer.

Children's privacy

Bloom Blocks is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Advertising is served through Google AdMob.

Common questions

How do I remove ads?

Open the Bloom Shop from the home screen and tap Remove Ads. It is a one-time purchase that removes full-screen ads permanently. Rewarded ads (the ones you choose to watch for coins or a rescue) stay available because you opt into them.

I bought something but don't see it

Open Settings (gear icon on the home screen) and tap Restore Purchases. This re-applies any past purchase tied to your Apple ID, including after reinstalling or switching devices.

How do I turn off sound?

Open Settings from the home screen and toggle Sound effects off.

What does the Rescue Pack do?

It clears 5 filled squares on your board so you can keep playing after getting stuck. It is available from the fail screen and from the Bloom Shop at any time; buying it from the shop banks it for the next time you need it.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
